Roast Profile

While exploring some blend combinations for a prospective wholesale customer, we discovered this combination by complete accident. Now a staple signature blend, Ridgeline combines the best qualities of two regions known for different ‘kinds’ of sweetness in the cup – Latin America and Africa. This blend presents a sweet, bright and soft profile that is absolutely delightful, especially in the warmer months.

Our roasters and team have notably named this blend "Ridgeline" after the ridgeline on our Narrow Gate property. A place known for it's bright morning sunrises, with light spilling over the Tennessee hillside. We thought it was fitting and felt just like the tasting notes of caramel, hazelnut, and honeydew - beginning bright and warm and closing soft and sweet.

Though it can be enjoyed year-round, we especially love it in the Spring and Summer months, and we hope you will too!
