This lot comes from a large single estate from the Guji zone, an area within the Shakiso district of the country. We are very excited to be carrying such a high quality Guji coffee. In addition to putting out what is year after year one of the best natural process coffees coming out of Ethiopia, the Kayon Mountain family is committed to doing good in their region by building schools, medical clinics, roads, and even electrical infrastructure in order to provide a better future for those living there.
