Roast Profile

Named after the intersection of two side streets at our first retail coffee shop in Nolensville, Tennessee, this signature blend was created for flavor and balance in any brew method. Whether pulling espresso shots or brewing batch, this blend performs extraordinarily well and tends to satisfy coffee lovers with palates at all levels.

In 2023, we renamed this blend from "Croft & King" to "Craft & King."  It may be only 1 letter, but the word "craft" represents craftsmanship as a key part of the Narrow Gate Lodge program for young men. And the word "King" represents Christ as the ultimate Craftsman.

This blend combines a sweetness from Honduras with a nutty undertone from Sumatra to produce a flavorful, balanced profile that has just enough weight.

It's no wonder this blend has become the favorite among our wholesale partners, brewing it a variety of ways from bulk batch to espresso.

This crowd favorite was recently renamed as an ode to our values, but initially referenced our first cafe crossroads, Clovercroft and King St.
