We do not offer returns or exchanges on our coffee as all of our coffee is roasted to order for peak fresh enjoyment!

Mugs and other merchandise

Undamaged and unused items may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of purchase as long as the items are still in their original packaging.

Once the item(s) are received, we will offer a refund, minus any shipping costs.

If you have any issues with the quality of your coffee, we absolutely want to make that right, so give us a call at (615) 212-9063 or email us at hello@narrowgate.coffee and let us know! Please let us know within thirty (30) days of receiving your coffee.

If you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address for your order, respond to your order confirmation email immediately and we'll fix that before it ships!
