All of our handmade products ship USPS priority or UPS. We cannot accept returns on roasted coffee; however, in the rare case you have an issue, please reach out so we can make it right!

subscriptions

Can I have my subscription order sent early?

Yes. We’re happy to help.

You won’t be able to make that change through your subscription portal, but you can email us at hello@narrowgate.coffee and we’ll work it out with you.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can pause, edit, or cancel your subscription through your subscription account.

If you have trouble finding it, email us at hello@narrowgate.coffee and we’ll help you get it sorted out.

Can I change the coffee in my subscription?

Yes. You can update the coffee, grind type, quantity, or delivery schedule in your subscription account.

If something isn’t working right, send us a note at hello@narrowgate.coffee and we’ll be glad to help.

Is your coffee organic?

Most of our coffee is organic.

That can vary from time to time as our coffee options change. If you’re wondering about a specific coffee, email us at hello@narrowgate.coffee and we’ll be happy to confirm it for you.

Do you sell whole bean and ground coffee?

Yes. Most of our coffees are available as whole bean or ground.

Whole bean is a good choice if you grind fresh at home. Ground coffee is simple and ready to brew.

What grind should I choose?

If you use a regular drip coffee maker, choose ground coffee.

If you use a French press, espresso machine, pour over, or another brewing method, whole bean may be the better choice so you can grind it the way you like it.

Can I make changes after I place my order?

Email us as soon as possible at hello@narrowgate.coffee.

If your order has not been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once it has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Do you offer free samples?

No, we do not offer free samples at this time.

If you’d like to try a few different coffees, our Coffee Sampler Bundle is a good place to start.

shipping & returns

Can I return roasted coffee?

We cannot accept returns on roasted coffee.

Coffee is a fresh food product, so once it leaves our roastery, we aren’t able to take it back. But if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out. We want to help make it right.

How does my coffee ship?

All roasted coffee ships through USPS Priority or UPS.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders of $50 or more ship free.

Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $7.99. Some exclusions may apply.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Send us an email at hello@narrowgate.coffee with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

We’ll take a look and help make it right.

My tracking says delivered, but I don’t have my coffee. What should I do?

First, check around your porch, mailbox, side door, or with a neighbor.

If it still hasn’t turned up, email us at hello@narrowgate.coffee with your order number and we’ll help you look into it.

For churches, offices, and events, we recommend choosing Everyday Roast - a smooth, approachable roast that works well for a wide range of people.

Do you offer coffee for churches or offices?

Yes. Our coffee is a good fit for churches, offices, Bible studies, and gathering spaces.

Can I order coffee in bulk?

Yes. Bulk options may be available depending on what you need.
